The ground floor features the main bedroom, with a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, an exterior door to a shaded terrace, en-suite shower room and vanity basin, plus separate en-suite WC room.
There is a twin-bedded room, suitable for small children – though the beds can be zipped together to make a 6ft double bed if necessary. There is no wardrobe here – chests of drawers and pegs are provided. A Cloakroom is also situated on this floor, with a WC and basin.
The ground floor is home to the utility room, with a boiler and washing machine – so those who intend to stay at the villa for a few weeks can still pack light.
The main space on this floor of the French villa is the open-plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room, with French doors onto the terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for ten people, with a dishwasher, built-in electric oven and hob – perfect for self-caterers.
First Floor Accommodation
The Master Bedroom is situated on the first floor, and has a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes and a south-facing terrace, for wonderful, ambient sunlight all day long. The terrace overlooks the swimming pool, so it’s great for parents who want to keep an eye on children playing outside. There is an en-suite shower, toilet and twin basins for the visitor’s convenience.
A second bedroom on this floor also features a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes and views over the carefully appointed gardens. There is an en-suite shower and toilet in this room also.
The third bedroom of this luxury villa is better suited to children, with twin beds that can be zipped together, much like the room downstairs. This room has fitted wardrobes and views over the garden.
The first floor also offers a family-size bathroom with bath, shower, WC and twin basins.
The piece de resistance of this floor is the kitchen and the open-plan sitting room. This kitchen, like the one below, is fully equipped to cater to ten people, with free-standing beech units, a large fridge/freezer, a microwave for those quick bites, and a very large electric range cooker with rotisserie – for those who really want to take advantage of being self-catering. The sitting room here has French doors to the south, overlooking the private pool and gardens, and also offers premium Sky TV channels for those balmy evenings relaxing indoors.

Private Swimming Pool and Gardens
The exterior of the property is well cared for and suitable for younger children. The swimming pool measured 14m x 7m and is 1m deep at the shallowest end. There is an automatic cleaning system and electronic ioniser, which is much gentler on the skin than harsh chlorine. An electric pool cover has recently been installed in accordance with new safety laws in the country. The villa’s gardener maintains the pool once a week. Around the pool are eight teak sun loungers and several large parasols for those relaxing days poolside.
The terrace has a large table and chairs to seat ten people under a covered awning – during the afternoon, temperatures rise and many people prefer to eat their meals in relative coolness. There is a large barbecue on the terrace that will cater to all inhabitants.
The gardens are approximately ¾ of an acre, and have many fruit trees – lemon, orange, fig, apple and pear. There are shaded areas in which to relax, and even a boules court for those who fancy a little healthy competition while on their holiday.
